I knew for sure that it wasn’t going to be easy to change career and start the business of selling real estate properties to foreign clients, propertiers from my home state Santa Catarina. But I am highly educated and I have a solid background as an executive, so I knew that issues like title transfer, contract formations and customer service would be relatively easy to overcome.

However, the real challenge is not technical issues about a property purchase and title transfer, but rather the interactions with local people and the understanding of how the real estate market actually works down here. And there have been some times with disappointments and frustration, but also with enormous happiness from all our satisfied customers.

Throughout the years, we have built a network of reliable and good working partners within all disciplines that contemplate a property purchase. We have developed a network of local sales agents, with which we share properties for sale. We can recommend good attorneys in all major regions we work in. We can set up for property management of houses or apartments. And in some regions, we can even administer the construction of houses, as well as the development of smaller residential communities.
