This service is free of charge and represents more or less the same service that local realtors provide for clients that step into their offices. We arrange for visits of homes listed on our WEB page plus some more properties that may fit your search profile. You can freely choose the regions of your choice. If you decide to buy one of the properties that we market, we will make sure that you as a foreigner is correctly interfacing with the purchase procedure and title change as it works here in Brazil, and all important documents will be described for you in English.
Comprehensive Home Search
This is a paid service with the main purpose to get clients to gain full knowledge of the different regions and neighborhoods in Santa Catarina, insight in how the property market works, a good orientation about how it works to transfer the title of a property, support in negotiating and closing a deal, full assistance to safely pursue the title transfer, and the set-up of property management. The service charge is cost based and depends mainly on how many places you want to visit. If you then buy a property from us, the charge for this service will be paid back in full.
We believe that the value of this service package is substantial. The client will gain objective and non-biased knowledge and information about most issues related to a property purchase, from regions and neighborhoods to title transfer and property management.
Dedicated Home Search
This service is based on that you are specifically looking for a home in a well defined region or regions, but you cannot be here to actually do all the search to find the home of your expectation. We would sign an agreement with you to act as your Agent, and then search the market for properties that fit into your search profile, to find the “best buy” so to say. This is basically a free service, but you will have to make some commitments.
This service suits best if you already are dedicated to buy a property in our territory, but you have either problems to find the property of your expectation, or lack of time to be here for the search.
Other professional services performed
Individually, we can support on various procedures in Santa Catarina that you as a purchaser may or may not be exposed to. CPF registration, company formation, VISA applications, appointments of attorneys and accountant firms, property appraisal, evaluation of documentation and contracts, and set-up of property management are a few of those procedures. If you buy a property from us, we would support you on most of these procedures for free.
